Ingennus presents two distinct solutions to address the project objectives: one focused on the northern area and the other on the southern section of the plot. In the northern zone, emphasis is placed on specific sports facilities, including a semi-covered fronton court, an athletics module, a multi-sports court, and paddle tennis courts. Additionally, a grandstand accommodating up to 200 spectators is proposed to enhance the spectator experience.

Connected by a walkway spanning the railway tracks, this section houses complementary services and amenities.
