Samsung Launches Galaxy M15 and Galaxy M55 in India
Samsung has unveiled two new additions to its Galaxy M series in India – the Galaxy M15, targeting budget-conscious buyers, and the Galaxy M55, positioned as a mid-range offering. These smartphones succeed the Galaxy M14 and Galaxy M54 models, respectively.

The Samsung Galaxy M15 is priced at ₹13,299 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and ₹14,799 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It comes in Blue Topaz, Celestial Blue, and Stone Grey color options. On the other hand, the Galaxy M55 is available in Denim Black and Light Green, priced at ₹26,999 (8GB + 128GB), ₹29,999 (8GB + 256GB), and ₹32,999 (12GB + 256GB).
Specifications Overview
Both the Galaxy M15 and Galaxy M55 run Android 14 with Samsung’s One UI 6.1. These devices are assured of receiving four years of Android updates and five years of security updates.
The Galaxy M15 boasts a 6.6-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, powered by the Dimensity 6100+ chipset. Meanwhile, the Galaxy M55 offers a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, driven by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.

In terms of cameras, the Galaxy M15 sports a triple rear setup including a 50MP primary camera, 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor, along with a 13MP selfie camera. The Galaxy M55 features a similar triple rear setup with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50MP selfie camera.
Battery-wise, the Galaxy M15 packs a massive 6,000mAh battery with 25W charging, while the Galaxy M55 offers a 5,000mAh battery with faster 45W charging support.
